Suspicious and/or Hostile Activities: In Nov. 2004, IIOC imam Wagdi Ghoneim arrested for violating 2001 religious visa and was held without bond; left for Qatar Jan. 3, 2005. (Ghoneim banned by U.K. In May 2009, deported from Bahrain in 2007 and South Africa in 2008, banned in Canada in 1998 and barred in Switzerland in 2005.) On Mar. 5, 2011, ISCoSC held a “town hall” supporting 11 Muslim Irvine and Riverside University of California students indicted in Jan. 2011 for raucously disrupting Feb. 8, 2010 talk by Israeli Ambassador Michael Oren.

Connection to MB and MB organizations: ISCSC is connected to ICSC, MPAC, and virtually every other Muslim Brotherhood organization in North America, including ISNA, CAIR, MSA, MAS, ICNA and of course the global Muslim Brotherhood.
